I have to confess that I'm a bit of a productivity wizard. I've tried dozens of tools and techniques, and finally arrived at a ritual that works. I use TickTick as my ToDo app - it supports pritiziation, reminders, and categorization of tasks. I use XMind as the mind-mapping tool when I need to explore a particular topic more. And I use Outlook calendar to block my time for important tasks that need my attention. Most important of all - every morning I review my goals, update the list for the day. And every evening I review my progress before going to bed.
